My name is Hamid, and I created Daka because I believe in building complete athletes — strong, mobile, conditioned, and mentally unshakable. I’ve spent years pushing my own limits across strength training, calisthenics, weightlifting, functional movement, and endurance work — and I’ve poured that experience into a system that delivers real, lasting results.

I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — from athletes looking to level up, to everyday warriors chasing fat loss, muscle gain, and better performance. The one thing they all had in common? They were ready to commit.

This isn’t about trends or fads. It’s about building a body and mindset that can handle anything — in the gym and in life.
